>>19037250went to a mcd's the other night. the manager on duty was such a dumbass they got busy and she just started bumping orders off the screen to make the problem disappear. i stood there for 15 minutes then my order dsiappeared off the screen. asked them twice and they werent even bothering with it. she stood there at the drive thru doing nothing else the whole time. 4 other workers, walking around like they didnt know how to do shit.
i worked there once and its fucking easy. 1 guy fries the fucking burgers on 3 grills 9 at a time patties can fit. then takes and fills up the trays and puts them in the warmer to use for later. the drive thru idiot drops fries, nuggets, and chicken for orders. every 3 minutes you have all of this stuff. 8 people stood out there with me in the waiting area for 30 minutes waiting on our shit. they started passing out bags of stuff just saying what was in them and people just started grabbing them and saying im taking this becuase of fuck them. my order completely disappeared and i left. it wasnt mine it was doordash. they cancelled.
i reported it to their website and they didnt care.
