he was an Avatar, i.e. One with Cosmic Consciousness aka 'God', there have been many Avatars through the ages, read about Meher Baba or Ramana Maharshi for example, they could convey Cosmic Consciousness through just being in their presence during 'darshan', this is not to disparage Jesus in the least, just that he is pretty familiar to anyone who has read in the spiritual biography genre and undergone some metanoia and directly encountered Cosmic Consciousness
