I don't get the MOD format and channels to work, I know that the NES and Gameboy have similar channels and I read that one can use the FamiTracker as composing interface, (also there are many finished songs to choose from) and then convert it with OpenMPT to MOD, but the only thing what I get from it are Crazy Bus earrapes.
It's also possible to compose it in OpenMPT with chiptune samples, but same problem and with the extra on top, I have almost no music and composing knowledge.
Further I don't have your deluxe privilege of having people helping one out.
Yuuto Ichika Makes Friends developer also got help by someone to bring music into the "game".
