I remember one at a ski resort with a hole in the wall with plastic strips covering it, so you could swim through and be in the outside area of the pool with the freezing air and warm water.
Also a resort I went to that had a spa with all sorts of small pools and a room with vicks vapor and other shower rooms with color therapy lights that you could change with buttons. There was also a square path with thigh high water and the floor was large smooth stones, you would walk on it to massage your feet.
Third cool pool I remember were the poolside bars in some hotels, you could swim up and get a pina collada. One resort had and entire pool network connected to bars and a water slide with a lazy river, you could get in at 10am and not leave the water all day.
