The first one is a set of truths by the laws or nature. Like time, gravity, c, etc. These truths are never in dispute with each other.
The second set of truths are the truths by human beings. Like politics, art, legislation etc. These truths are always in dispute with each other.
Now, if two human truths collide, the worst outcome is a war, maybe a genocide. But there will always be survivors.
But if the human truth decides to take a truth of nature head on, the outcome will be a perfect disaster where the human truth will always utterly and completely lose.
