The usa dying is a good thing and we'll make huge amounts of national income from that, via the way in which China will transition their currency, which nationally we make money from.
The usa is history and nobody is going to miss it but I'm actually VERY (emphasis) optimistic on the future for the UK now we've dumped that European shit. Now they can't hold us back.
I think Romania will likely be fine.
I study history; China will be this century's Japan vs usa but Europe will NOT be at war and will likely make money from the dying gasps of the former-usa, which will break up into separate states with the 'united' part being flushed down the pan. It will, luckily, be very painful for them as their currency disintegrates.
Good times ahead for everywhere that's NOT(just emphasis!) the usa.
