>>7344329The big problem with Russia is the majority of Soviet boomers, gen X and even some millenials have almost spic tier IQ due to nutrition and alcohol abuse of their parents. They are people who think short term, don't look after their appearence, their houses, their streets or their workplace. They can't teach their kids common sense because they often lack it themselves. It's not even bad culture, it's literally brain problems. Still, there was some sort of an upper class that wasn't affected by Soviet dysgenics which elevates us above pure third world, and the younger people are a lot better when it comes to brain development. We'll see if they will be able to fix things here without falling for Western degeneracy.
