The aliens then spread their risk out by creating a few human genome branches at several river deltas, with different civilization building block ideas. They removed the "divine" DNA component, limiting us to only the material ability available in this plane. Instead they invented religions as guides, so that cavemen could understand the divine connection and the necessary steps of development it would take to receive the divine again.
These aliens are "giant star seeding aryans" that the Nazi occultists were looking for.
Nukes upset that development process, because the wider alien "community" were worried that the earth system would be damaged, a catastrophic loss considering they only allowed Earth to be seeded based on the condition that we would be good stewards. Some aliens that hate what humans have done and don't want them to develop further have interfered. The original seeders are also helping, but due to their advancement and personal rules, have a limited touch approach. It is a stalemate. At least, it was until recently.
The net result is a story so crazy, no one will believe it, especially when it is told anonymously.
