>restore enamel
If it's gone it's gone. Your enamel if formed by ameloblasts that are all used up when the tooth is first formed. Your saliva remineralises your enamel but actual physical damage like a cavity is permanent. Your dentin (next layer) can regenerate superficial damage but don't expect it to fill in the hole of a cavity either.

Anyone talking about weston price here is an idiot. His research focused on proper formation of the teeth and jaw, not their repair. The oil pulling and bone broth memes they promote are just holistic ways of improving your saliva's ability to remineralise teeth. You can do the same thing with a toothpaste containing NanoHydroxyapatite, Novamin or yes flouride. Remineralisation of the enamel or dentin is basically reversing the process of your teeth becoming brittle due to plaque acidic byproducts, which happen before any visible damage occurs. You can also boost the process of remineralisation via saliva with certain nutrients

Also helps to regulate the bacteria of the mouth and can be used as a mouthwash (water+a couple of lugol drops) that's way better than what you'll find in a store.
Other than that just brush your teeth before going to bed, since saliva production slows down during sleep, and drink lots of water especially after eating or drinking something with lots of sugar.
