Most primates are not predatory apes. These traits are either extinct or very few still remain but their lifestyle can still be replicated by us to a limited extent.
The size of her stomach would indicate that she is a predatory ape with superior swimming adaptations. However, she lacks the male counterpart with similar features which would indicate a genetic regression in predatory adaptations. There is no such thing as morphological gender. An upright male is just no longer a common occurrence. The y chromosome is terrible at preserving novel information that a person with 2 x chromosomes will. So that is why all her boyfriends appear like monkeys with big bellies even though she claims to be a carnivore.
