back when i played FFXI the JPs taught me the trick of eating potate chips like that so that i didn't get my controller all greasy which might interfere with my ability to glacially whittle down the HP of the crabs we slowly killed in a desperate attempt to get a level or two so that we could move on to a better camp
it also forces you to slow down with your snacking so you don't just shove entire handfuls of junkfood into your mouth all at once like a big fattyfat fat fat
