and the head transplant thing is a moot point aswell, theres no way you could transplant such amount of tissue without imune system going haywire, you can reconnect the head back (iirc they did it couple of times and the animals actually stayed alive this time given it was their own head)
brain transplants are theoretically possible but so risky it's not even remptely worth trying
