and yeah black culture is fairly scuffed, but i think even the left in america doesnt address why or offer solutions to it
heck, even when black people in these sorts of communities try to strike out and avoid the same pitfalls they get shit from other black people. it's really distressing and a more centralised push against classism and class disparity across america would do so much to help stop that kind of nihilistic culture
