Dominican republic has it everything, oil, labor ,raw material, sugar canes, you name it. The problem is the corrupt government and the illegal immigration, those venezuelans come here from their shitty ass country and instead of working hard under a capitalist country , they set these crime networks. If the gov't lowered the taxes and shot down illegals overnight, the country would literally be 200% better now of what it is today.
