But there is something deeper too: ultimately you'll have to accept that 1) women are more attuned to what men want and will adapt to that, often subconsciously, 2) women are more prosocial, so once something becomes normalized women will naturally want to conform to that, regardless of any other motivating forces.
Obviously, the implication from 1) is that men want women who are fit/stronk. I know you will never accept this.
