>>5705306I can't really explain why, it feels like there isn't any apparant reason but most of the time when i'm left with my own thought i rile myself up to the point of being physically worn out by my anger. It's not really a problem at home or anywhere i can distract myself, but at places like work it's starting to hurt my workplace relationships because i'm always angry these days.
