It comes from the classic assumption that because 1/3 of kids diddled are boys that all those pedos are gay. This is flawed reasoning on many levels.
Most pedos are "fixated" individuals or repressed adult bisexuals. They will molest any kid regardless of gender and do not find any adults attractive.
Now why is this important, because in studies done on pedos, pedos which have a sexual attraction to adults that are only men are extremely rare. pic rel btw. Groth and Birnbaums study on pedo sexual attraction.
And here's a study showing that only 2 out of 269 pedos had an exclusively homosexual adult relationship. And puts the estimate for pedos among homos within the same range as for Straights.
