>>16672456but honestly that whole deal is likely tame compared to whats going out there in the bigger side of twitch
female streamers i probably dont even need to get into lol id just hate to live any of those lives
ive also seen people drop their paychecks on streamers while facing eviction and whatnot
just knowingly doing it despite not being able to pay bills if they do
so that they can get a "thanks"
idk lol its just really fucked if anyone delves too much into it
and yes im pointing out extreme cases here but, i think that most twitch zombies are still pretty bad
anyhow. repeating myself, i guess that it can still be something positive for some amount of time for a person who needs it, but if it goes on too long and they never move on then just what you said is going to happen, and probably worse.
though as you would figure its hard to let go of something if its helped you once and thats why so many of those people keep holding to it
somewhat of a boiling frog i guess
anyway ya
coming back to the streamer, imagine having to be one lol
its just a mass of people with zero identity other than if theyve given you money or not, itd be soul draining to have to constantly act like you care for any of these people and keep getting separated from what you really like doing in order to keep them entertained
doesnt go for the ones that actually have fun i guess but thats rare, a lot of them are obviously only streaming because they need to keep up an image and stay alive
at least the retards who like doing it can sit there and watch, but the streamer is the pet who needs to keep dancing and that takes more effort
ya it makes a lot of money if theyre successful, but takes a big mental toll still because its all so fake
both sides of the coin are bad, but i guess i would say the consumer has a chance of escaping still
streamers, once they get successful their life is basically just defined by it, and if they cant handle that then sooner or later their brain goes mush
