>>18920570>via the law here in the USyes, file criminal charges, also, when you contact other State authorities, marshall, etc, do this all by writing and get some form of acknowledgement of reception, i.e. go to the physical office, turn in your letter and have them sign or stamp received on a copy of the same latter; wait a bit maybe 3 months and then contact again lawyers because you may have standing to either their "internal affairs" office (generic term), or even an administrative court for their negligence, or lack of response.
NOTE: the former is based on my knowledge of administrative law (it's my practice) but on continental law, not common law (US, UK systems), but afaik, the US does have administrative courts as well
