Imagine where we'll be in 6 months? A year?" Robyn is giddy at the thought. Without a doubt, Andi is already the most important person in her life, and the time they've spent together is the happiest she's been since her brother died. And yet, this is still only the beginning of their journey.
Robyn feels her cheeks becoming flushed as she imagines the future with Andi in her life.
"Meeting you is the best thing that's ever happened to me, Andi. And hearing you say that I was able to inspire you a bit too... that makes me very happy. I want to keep doing that. Because hearing that you were scared to have anything good in your life in case you lost it makes me feel sad. You shouldn't ever have to feel that way. So I want to keep being a good part of your life, because you'll never have to worry about losing me and what we're building together. And that's a promise."
As Andi squeezes her hand, Robyn reciprocates the gesture. "Yeah, let's get out of here."
