You need to stop overeating/stress eating
When you feel like eating do something else like lift some weights even if it's just a couple of reps
Make sure you're taking lots of supplements such as, fish oil, flax oil, multivitamins, testosterone (this is a big one as it will give you more energy)
Also try fasting for a bit like the other anons said, start small for like an hour or two then build it up until you go about a half a day or whole day without eating
I struggle with weight too and I know how much of a battle it is
