Representing 3 overlapping timelines, the present, the past and the future. Each influencing eachother creating a feedback loop when initiated, so the past influences the present, the present influences the future, the future influences the present and past and so on and so forth, and with some fiddling, can alter where each timeline lands. In the movie there is 2018, 1956 and 1986. In the end of the movie a crossroad is made by cancelling out one of the timelines spheres by joining two of the timelines together, to create another that is far distant into the future. Each separated by 33 distance, also the time machine could not be invented unless one of them jonas ordered to do so by another, brought the time machine from the future into the past, because the guy who made it could not quite make it work, unless he saw how it would look when he finished it.
