How about bread?
One slice of whole grain break has 23 mg magnesium.
And water does not care what it absorbs, it fills with salts. Thats it.
So it doens't even need to "absorb" the minerals, but also absorb the crappy salts.
How will you explain to me that distilled water will absorb more nutrients then you consume regularly ?
How does that happen?
Explain to me, how destilled water can absrob MORE nutrients, than tap water regularly has?
