Backstory: Five local tribes lived in this region for three centuries, until they discovered how to be productive humans and not raid and raze each others' towns. The most prominent figure of the region became the king as usual, and three generations later, there was a strong unified kingdom. Currently however, the southeast gets raided every decade by its uncivilized neighbors to the east. Their focus for the future is removing the threat to the east.
