>>13471421Carry your cross means to not rely on Jesus to forgive you of your sins, rather to strive not to sin further, hence carrying your cross and denying yourself which was also part of that commandment. And thief was forgiven, but suffered for his own sins and died on his cross. Those who accept Jesus but still disobey will be saved, but will suffer on their cross like thief.
God doesn't allow you to claim His name and forgiveness yet prosper in your sins. Anyone who prospers in their sins while claiming God isn't saved.
