I think your biggest concern is your idea of freedom. Freedom is meaningless without some level of accountability and discipline; and not the type where you have to ensure shareholder price has to remain high. Watch any living thing grow and blossom, and you can't help be amazed you aided in its own process of living. That is what it means to be a family man.
