>>12181586I rock climb, my grip strength doesn’t match my frame, I don’t have a six pack but I can lock off horizontally on a flag pole, I can do about 35 pull-ups before failure with weights, full sets of muscle ups, plank for several minutes. I’ve got marathon runners on both sides of my family going back for multiple generations. Being a skeleton was inevitable, the effort it would take to pack weight on my frame isn’t worth it to me for the aesthetics.
