My 29 year old sister was trying very very hard at the "date, find Mr. Right, get serious, share a starter apartment, get more serious, get married, take out a mortgage, start a family" thing she (like many women) was already behind schedule on. She's going to go absolutely crazy after she can't even start dating again until she's like 31. Be careful, lads. Don't be too quick to pull the trigger in a sudden buyer's market, and beware of the really crazy ones who'll "oops" you ("accidental" pregnancy).
