My guess for something like this, is China, but that is partially because I went to school with their "best of the best" and was shocked at the type of shit they did. Translating that to code, which I didn't do in school, converting the front end display numbers instead of the backend is right up their ally. Also, they hurt my feelings by being racist against me (I am polynesian, and they are very racist POS, almost all of them). Fuck Chinks.
