Obviously you could tell the other because of her boobs... Probably the latter, anyway. I've seen some ASMR done by one of the Holos in their past life, and she wore a mask too. Maybe it's more of a Japanese thing? I've read something about how they aren't as big on things like FB, so maybe it's something to do with that. I'm not really sure, though.
