Communism uses 'innocence' as an excuse for it's 'crime'. 'Crime' will become 'law', and therefore 'innocent'.
The killing of those against Communism will be 'law', ergo 'innocent', and going against the murder (a crime turned to law) of these people will be considered a crime.
