Do you want a virtual girlfirend? Why? Well I happen to have heard about a Japanese mobile app. It's an anime-ish looking girl, kind of like your v-tubers that can act like a girlfriend. You have to pay a subscription fee though and, of course, it's in Japanese. I also doubt it's available outside of Japan but that shouldn't be an issue for you.
