>>17643289Our bodies have their own antioxidative mechanism, we don't need to consume them via plants. Also, fats/cholesterol are required for that inbuilt antioxidative process to work.
Carbohydrates are not bad for you in and of themselves, they become harmful when your glycogen stores are full. The average human capacity of carbohydrates as glycogen is about 500 grams spread between the muscles and the liver, the muscles can store about 300 grams and the liver can store the remaining 200 grams of glycogen.
E.g., If you ingest carbs, then you'd have them in the evening, store them overnight, and spend those stores during the day. Once you start going over your storage capacity that's when you add bodyfat adipose to your body.
But carbs are overrated anyway.
Carbs are already present in eggs and milk, just not in the exorbitant amounts that bloated gym junkies and doped up "athletes" think they need.
Red meat is also rich in Neu5Gc, which is another carbohydrate that would naturally be eaten if not for plants crowding out the actual food.
Plant oils in general aren't good, especially if they're heated up. But Sicilian olives are ok.

Microneedling needs to use 1mm rollers with 200 pins or less, not 500, the latter of which uses too much pressure to reach full depth. And the user needs to make sure they're actually pins and not the triangle spikes.
But I'm not really sold on the microneedling thing, it can lead to scar tissue.
