>>23224498Here's a pair of tie tacks. The clips are gold fill, but the medalions are 10k with enamel inlay. These, like 95% of everything else, will be melted for the gold content. The gold fill will be processed separately, as it is mostly copper or brass. The gold coating is no different from other gold but the processing takes longer and is more expensive, unless the processed lot is very large, usually 100+oz of gold content.
