Are you doing pushups? They're good for your chest.
For legs you can do squats with the dumbells. I can't exactly explain it properly here, but you sort of hold them close to your shoulders and you squat. For calves you could try to raise yourself on tiptoe while holding the dumbells. It works wonders if they are heavy enough. Watch out for your back then you do these though, if your weight is too heavy you'd better stop before something pops. Running also helps, obviously. Or biking if you happen to have one.
