>>21043476Aliens vs. Androids could be cool if it was done well... but that's a big ask, given that all of our stories really need to be about us as humans or our humanity to be successful. Not sure if this is a weird joke, but the bleak (and more realistic) depiction of space colonization as Industrial Revolution 2.0 was welcome. We don't get many films that broach this subject matter with any seriousness at all. Nerds were obviously heavily involved with this script and, aside from a few cringy moments, it was welcome for someone like me.
