new keyboard came. it's actually pretty goated. the overall resistance is way higher so it takes a bit of force to move the keys at all but once they move even the tiniest bit i can be confident the stroke's come out. whatever mechanism they have for softening the blow from bottoming out is very effective as well so if i overshoot the pushing power it's not so bad
