Best way to describe it to anybody that doesn't even know what a yeast cake is, it has similar consistency to a yoghurt cake.. I think? As in it tends to stick to the roof of your mouth if it's hot or warm. Tastes kinda like Challah but sweater and much more moist - they are basically made out of same ingredients anyway.
