Not denying the 'parasocial' aspects of it, or that her being a cute girl isn't a factor in what makes her so interesting, but it's still just a stream and a various art and content she chooses to share. If you thought that there was something more to it than interacting with her online and through the stream that's on you.
But as you said, she probably doesn't really "care about the fans", she doesn't know you (us), and her willingness to try to and do what it takes to expand the stream audience clearly isn't there.
