The races are stratified throughout the bible. There is a hierarchy that arguably could be compared to various caste systems across the world, and those caste systems could very happily be affixed to Christianity. Being part of a spiritual elite is in no way indicative of miscegenation, but that is a paranoid interpretation.
Jews suddenly not being chosen does not extend equality to all races, merely that outsiders are now able to become elect. However it does not erase race reality in every day earthly existence and I'm sure the case could be made through a line of thought in various lines of Christian apologetics.
Just as you argue that easily as it is not inherent, it is not in conflict with nationalism.
