Lost 20 lbs over 5 weeks.
Exercise daily, lift in mornings , do cardio at night.
Calories in, calories out, meticulously calculate all food consumed.
Cut out carbs sticking to 20-30g a day , after 2 weeks it became much easier and normal to do it daily.
Losing weight and cutting carbs makes me feel more awake and cognizant I'm always ready to take on my daily tasks at work and personal life.
To any anon struggling with weight loss. My biggest advice is , cut out carbs as much as you can you don't need to be extreme like what I did but slowly ween yourself off you will feel a major difference in energy levels.
Calculate your BMR , and eat around that much daily at maximum, and increase your physical activity as much as you can. I know it's hard when you're big, my knees hurt from just walking but your knees will thank you for losing weight. Now I do any combination of cardio to reach daily goals.
Even if you don't see results , keep pushing things don't show until several weeks.
Also don't just starve to lose weight you will regret it, lift as hard as possible as you diet and cardio .
You will succeed.
