that's just because it's a bunch of huge streamers that got paid to play the game. they definitely installed it 3 minutes before that clip and dropped it as soon as the sponsorship was over
definitely a bit higher time to kill than most BRs (and that's a good thing), but it looks way worse than it is because they don't actually hit anything for 30+ seconds at a time. i've definitely killed people from full to 0 in 5-6 seconds before 1 on 1
