>"Nikki!" Colby hugs Nikki back with a light blush and horrified laugh when she hears about her idea, and when Amy arrives and mentions the computer software that would make it a reality.
>"Hahaha, you guys, couldn't we just do the 'Make A Wish' visits normally, that we we get all the publicity and still actually cheer up the sick kids?"A sentimental smile comes over Colby's face.
>"I actually kinda like kids. I've got a younger brother and sister back home. And even though I had to look after them a lot and do things for them, I also got to enjoy being the cool older sis and the role model. At least until they hit their teens and became too cool for me."Colby shrugs and laughs.
>"Y'know, it's kinda funny, I volunteered for Make A Wish a while back, before I joined the Angels. But I haven't gotten any takers in a long time. They had me do one, and I really went all out for that kid: brought in a veggie tray, read 'em some selected Kate Chopin short fiction, gave him a really cool talk on intersectional feminism, but he just didn't seem to appreciate it. The charity people told me they'd be in touch, but they haven't called me back yet." Colby takes a seat beside Amy when she comes in. She instinctively starts to reach for Amy's hand, but then remembers her broken fingers and lets her hand rest on the top of Amy's leg instead. She's left enough room that Nikki can sit next to her or Amy, on either side.
>"Oh, we're gonna win the gold. And all three of us are gonna beat Warhorse at the next show. I just told 'em so in a promo. It's about time things start going our way, and we remind the WWA who its top wrestlers are."
