>>4867573I think it's on the plug-n-play SNES, although I don't know how that works. AVGN just released an episode on Earthbound and that's what he played it on if I remember right. It's on the wii (u?) virtual console too. There's no mechanical difficulty to the game whatsoever, so it's actually fine to play with a keyboard. If you do have a controller, it has a nice feature where the L button functions the same as the A button though - they explained they included it so you could eat while you're playing if you want to.
The best parts of the game are when it gets kinda psychological. I doubt anyone would show you those parts because it would ruin the surprise.
