In a matter of 20 years they've wrecked the ever living fuck out of the areas. Providence is a dump and will probably be Detroit in another 20 years tops. Meanwhile, any whites that live in these states have to keep on moving and insulating themselves in gated communities or expensive towns where the undesirables can't get into. You could nuke EVERY city in each one of these states and you'd end up with a better outcome in the end.
