We know that the backbone of most RNG programs is the internal clock or a mathematical operation that uses the internal clock. We know how it works and ROUGHLY know what it's going to output down to a nanosecond. What IS impossible is for a human to say "when I press the F7, the computer will output this specific word from the bible" and manually press the key with their finger and expect that prediction to be true.
