The difference between a 8 and a 9 is the 9 actually could be a model, she's taken good care of her self and she's intelligent / fun to be around.
For me ( and most people i've talked to ) seem to agree that 9 and 10 is a bit subjective and based more on your personal taste. i.e. you like a smaller cup size, different hair color, or wider hips / bigger butt etc... and ofc personality traits.
