The HPV vaccines (which are now recommended for both teenage girls and boys) immunize you against the metaplastic strains.
Ironically HPV is far more dangerous for women, yet it's their own advocacy of promiscuity under the guise of "sexual liberation" that's allowing these diseases to become so widespread.
