I was over on /biz and some halfwit claimed that since paying in bitcoin is allowed OMG's business model is legal. The US government has prevented people from making their own currency before. Like Bitcoin could be banned as a payment option tomorrow. It is a real possibility. It has fucking happened before. Hardly anyone uses Bitcoin for purchases anyways though.
