Eh, I guess it wouldn't hurt to at least *try* to be informative, but as I said, I'm not the correct person to ask on this, as my holdings are exactly 7.77 oz.
The mine with the highest average per-ton discovery is that BayHorse mine at around 24oz/ton. At least that which is directly available to the white working man in North America or Europe. Most if not all the rest have around 3-4oz/ton discovery. If you could find the total operating mines you could probably figure out a good answer from there.
And despite my layman's understanding, it's pretty damned sus that every other commodity is mooning, but silver is still at around where it was since at least the new year. AND JPMorgan was fined nearly 1bn last year for manipulating COMEX's precious metals market.
